Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using TEAMTrain ("the Service"), operated by TEAM IT ("we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these terms.

2. Description of Service

TEAMTrain is a multi-tenant cybertraining and compliance-training platform. The Service provides interactive training modules, knowledge assessments, electronic attestations, and verifiable certificates for organizational compliance training programs.

3. Account Terms

• You must provide accurate and complete registration information
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Organization administrators are responsible for managing user access within their organization
• One person may not maintain more than one account

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems
• Share your account credentials with others
• Tamper with certificates, quiz answers, or training records
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
• Use automated tools to access the Service without authorization
• Reproduce, duplicate, or resell the training content

5. Intellectual Property

All training content, training programs, software, and associated materials are owned by TEAM IT and protected by intellectual property laws. Your subscription grants a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the training content for your organization's internal compliance training purposes only.

6. Certificates

Certificates issued through the Service certify that the named individual has completed the specified training program and achieved the required assessment score. Certificates include a public verification URL. We reserve the right to revoke certificates if we determine they were obtained through fraud or manipulation.

7. Subscription and Payment

Access to the Service requires an active subscription. Subscription terms, pricing, and billing are managed through our payment processor (Stripe). Organization administrators can manage their subscription through the admin dashboard. Refund policies are governed by your organization's subscription agreement.

8. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Organization administrators may access training records, progress, and completion data for users within their organization for compliance reporting purposes.

9. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance that temporarily affects availability. We are not liable for any loss resulting from service interruptions.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TEAM IT SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these terms. Upon termination, your right to access the Service ceases immediately. Certificates that were validly issued prior to termination remain verifiable.

12. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to organization administrators via email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
