  • Organization name and industry
  • Training progress, quiz scores, and completion records
  • Electronic attestation signatures
  • Usage data such as login times and IP addresses
  • Information provided by your organization's administrator

  • Provide, maintain, and improve our training platform
  • Track training progress and generate certificates
  • Communicate with you about your account and training assignments
  • Generate organizational compliance reports for your administrator
  • Ensure security and prevent fraud
  • Comply with legal obligations

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information with your organization's administrators for compliance reporting purposes. We use AWS infrastructure services (DynamoDB, S3, Cognito, CloudFront) to host and process data. All data is stored within the United States.

5. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption at rest (AES-256), encryption in transit (TLS 1.3), role-based access control, comprehensive audit logging, and regular security assessments. Authentication is handled through AWS Cognito with optional Azure AD SSO integration.

6. Cookies

We use essential cookies to maintain your authenticated session. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies. The session cookie ("tt-session") is httpOnly, secure, and expires after 24 hours.

7. Data Retention

Training records and certificates are retained for the duration of your organization's subscription plus 12 months. Audit logs are retained for 90 days in the primary database and then archived to secure long-term storage. You may request deletion of your personal data by contacting your organization administrator or emailing us directly.

8. Your Rights
